Ingredients:BUTTER or MARGARINE, FLOUR and MILK , NUTMEG POWDER
(NOTE: USE WOODEN UTENSIL OR WHISKER THAT IS GOOD FOR A TEFLON NON-STICK PAN)
Directions:1. MAKE A BECHAMEL SAUCE
- IN A SAUCE PAN, UNDER LOW FIRE HEAT, ADD SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL AT LEAST ONE TBSP AND THEN ADD A 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- THEN ADD ONE TBSP OF FLOUR ONE AT A TIME. (NOTE: THE AMOUNT OF FLOUR SHOULD NOT MAKE THE MIXTURE STICKY.
- NEXT, ADD SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER ONE AT A TIME UNTIL IT SMOOTHEN.
-DASH NUTMEG POWDER THEN STIR
- WHILE STIRRING UNDER LOW FIRE, ADD MELTED CHEESE (ANY CHEESE) aMOUNT OF CHEESE DEPENDS ON YOUR TASTE.
- STIR IT FOR A FEW MINUTES
- SET IT ASIDE THEN LET IT COOL FOR A BIT.
